Major sponsor Bell creates a tech-heavy environment for the digital generation at DreamHack

DreamHack, a pop-up gaming event that took place September 6 and 8, 2019 at Montreal’s Olympic Stadium, is Canada’s largest esports and gaming festival. This is the fourth year that Bell returns as a headline sponsor as part of its partnership marketing strategy. DreamHack Montreal is just one of 11 major gaming lifestyle festivals held by DreamHack in eight countries.

To give gamers a chance to experience the speed of Bell Fibe Internet and the power of its real-time data analytics on the event network, and also to try out the latest gaming technology on Bell smartphones, the company turned to Loki Box Design for custom booths that would optimize the gaming experience.

Loki provided 3 customized Loki Cube exposition booths, 8’ X 8’ units housing individual pro gamers visitors could watch at play while the action was streamed on reversed screens visible through the glass-fronted pod.

DreamHack features a variety of digital-era gaming activities, including esports, an Indie zone, a community zone and freeplay areas. Gamers could drop by the Bell area for a demo of Bell products and be among the first to try out the latest release of Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Bell subsidiary RDS conducted interviews with pro gamers in an on-site studio. Custom Bell furniture, gaming chairs and other amenities were also provided to create an immersive Bell experience within the DreamHack experience.
