A Bold Presence at the Utility Expo 2025

At the 2025 Utility Expo in Kentucky, Palfinger partnered with Loki Box Design to make a powerful impression at one of North America’s largest heavy-equipment shows. For this major industry gathering, Palfinger needed a high-impact structure with a distinctive look, one that could combine professional meeting spaces, open hospitality, and a strong brand presence.

To achieve this, we brought in our BNC260 unit, a four-container modular setup (two 40’ and two 20’) that previously made waves at the Jack Daniel’s activation during the F1 Grand Prix in Miami. Once again, the BNC260 proved its versatility, blending premium design with functional event flow.

The two-story structure featured a VIP rooftop terrace, offering a unique vantage point over the showgrounds, and a partially climate-controlled interior where two enclosed meeting rooms were integrated into the layout. The larger room could accommodate 8–10 people, while the smaller one comfortably hosted 4–6 guests, both equipped with integrated technology for seamless presentations and product showcases.

Beyond the enclosed spaces, the interior remained open and inviting, allowing attendees to circulate freely, meet Palfinger’s team, and explore new equipment solutions in a comfortable environment. This balance between private meeting zones and open hospitality created an ideal setup for meaningful conversations and steady visitor flow.

To complete the look, we incorporated warm wooden finishes and accent walls that contrasted beautifully with the container’s industrial character. The addition of stretch-fabric branding elements tied everything together with a clean, premium feel that reflected Palfinger’s strong brand identity.

From concept to delivery, the collaboration with Palfinger was seamless, a true demonstration of how modular architecture can combine impact, comfort, and functionality to create memorable brand experiences.
