Loki Box Design Delivers a Premium Experience for Microsoft at Nvidia GTC 2025

For the latest Nvidia GTC in the heart of Silicon Valley, Microsoft turned to Loki Box Design to create the perfect space to promote Microsoft Azure, their cutting edge cloud computing platform. As a global artificial intelligence (AI) conference, Nvidia GTC brings together developers, engineers, researchers, and IT professionals, making it essential for Microsoft to have a sleek, high end presence that matched their innovative brand.

To meet their needs, we provided our DST 40/20 unit, an impressive two story structure consisting of two stacked 40’ containers on the first floor and two 20’ containers on top. This setup offered a spacious indoor gathering and meeting area while also featuring a stunning 320 ft² rooftop option, providing the best seats in the house for the main stage.

The DST 40/20 is designed to impress, featuring seven massive glass windows and three glass double doors that flood the interior with natural light and invite curious visitors to step inside. The upper level railing, also made of glass, ensures unobstructed views while enhancing the unit’s premium aesthetic. Additionally, an integrated HVAC system maintained optimal temperatures throughout the event, ensuring comfort for all attendees.

To further enhance brand visibility while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic, we designed a sleek oversized lighted signage. This striking element added a distinctive touch to the setup, ensuring Microsoft’s branding stood out in a sophisticated way.

During the six day event, Microsoft hosted numerous meetings and conferences within the booth, creating an ideal environment for networking and strengthening their presence in the AI industry. This activation was another testament to Loki Box Design’s ability to deliver impactful, high-quality event solutions tailored to the needs of world-class brands.
