For this year’s Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa, we teamed up with New Holland, the world leader in agricultural machinery, to create something special. They wanted a space that could do it allshowcase their branded merchandise and provide a comfortable, private area for business meetings. So, we got to work.

Our solution? The DST 40/20 unit, a two-story stunner built from four shipping containers: two 40-foot containers as the base and two 20-foot ones stacked on top. This setup gave us the space to create a standout outdoor patio perfect for a lounge area where guests could relax away from the hustle of the show floor.

Inside, the first floor was designed to wow. We created a custom-built merchandise store for New Holland’s products, including everything from T-shirts and hats to mini-machinery toys. The space featured sleek display systems and integrated TVs, which could easily be converted into a meeting area when needed. And of course, we made sure there was plenty of storage to keep things tidy and functional.

The second floor was reserved exclusively for New Holland’s team and their VIPs. With floor-to-ceiling 8' x 8' windows, the meeting room had an unbeatable view of the show. We also custom-built a conference table with full connectivity, making it the ideal space for business discussions. Plus, the private patio with glass railings gave the whole setup a premium feel, offering an amazing bird’s-eye view of the event below.

Since the weather can be unpredictable especially when it's pushing 100°F the unit came equipped with a top-notch HVAC system to keep everyone cool and comfortable. The whole design, with its clean white finish, wood accents, and the glowing 3D New Holland logo, struck the perfect balance between style and function.

And the best part? We had the whole structure up and running in just three days, and dismantling was just as fast. New Holland couldn’t have been happier with the result they loved how the unit not only turned heads but also served every practical need they had. Another successful show in the books!
