Loki Box Design at the
2025 Montreal F1 Grand Prix:
From Fan Village to VIP Rooftop
June, 2025
HIGHLIGHTS
- Signature Split 40 unit
- Custom integrated structural beam system
- Premium hospitality experience using our BNC240 unit
For the 2025 edition of the Montreal Grand Prix, Loki Box Design had the opportunity to bring two unique, high-impact activations to life, one built for fans, the other for VIPs, all just steps away from the track.
For Bell, we deployed our signature Split 40 unit and expanded the footprint with a custom integrated structural beam system, creating a large, immersive activation zone that felt like a mini F1 village. This setup became the hub for fan activity, combining bold branding, interactive tech, and eye-catching structures to draw in the crowd.
Visitors could test their reflexes, snap photos in a replica F1 cockpit, and generate personalized AI race portraits. To top it off, we integrated a gigantic LED screen directly onto the Split 40 unit, broadcasting the race in real time so fans could stay connected to the on-track action without missing a moment. The space was buzzing all weekend, equal parts spectacle, hangout zone, and immersive brand experience.
Just a few meters from the track, we also partnered with Octane to deliver a premium hospitality experience using our BNC240 unit. With a rooftop terrace, shaded lounge areas, and a direct view of the race, the double-decker container offered VIP guests the best seat in the house, along with great food, drinks, and a cool spot to take it all in.
From immersive public activations to sleek VIP hospitality, Loki Box Design continues to deliver modular solutions that make brands stand out at the biggest events in North America. A big thank you to our partners at Bell and Octane for trusting us to bring these concepts to life.
