We recently had the opportunity to collaborate with Brabus, the experts in high-end luxury vehicle tuning, for a standout activation at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in Monterey. The event, set against the stunning backdrop of the Pebble Beach Golf Course, gave Brabus the perfect stage to showcase their incredible vehicles, and they wanted a booth that could match the sophistication and boldness of their brand.

Brabus approached us with a clear vision: create a central hub where fans and potential clients could gather, relax, and soak in the Brabus experience all within a sleek, lounge-style environment. Of course, everything needed to align with their signature all-black aesthetic. Our solution? A custom BB40 unit that was freshly painted in deep black, echoing the powerful presence of the Brabus vehicles on display.

The BB40 unit was designed with 270-degree openings, making the space feel completely open and inviting, while also offering plenty of room for visitors to explore. To ensure the booth stood out from every angle, we incorporated a top railing and a 3D backlit Brabus logo that added extra height and visibility, helping the booth become a true focal point on the show floor.

One key consideration was comfort, California’s sunny days can be intense, so we integrated a custom awning system that provided shade while still maintaining the sleek, polished look Brabus is known for. Inside, we took care to match their attention to detail, from the choice of flooring to the wood decking around the unit. Everything was finished with black carpet, creating a VIP lounge vibe that perfectly suited the luxury feel of the brand.

The impact was immediate. Attendees were drawn in, not just by the stunning cars but by the atmosphere we helped create. Whether they were there to admire the craftsmanship, snap photos, or simply relax with a chilled beverage, the space gave Brabus the perfect platform to engage with their audience in a meaningful and memorable way.
