at the Montreal F1 Race

We at Loki Box Design had an incredible time partnering with Bell Canada for an epic project at the F1 race in Montreal. Our goal? To create a jaw-dropping experience that Bell’s clients would never forget – and we totally nailed it!
Bell Canada always aims to give their clients a premium experience, so we pulled out all the stops. First up, attendees scanned a gigantic QR code made from recycled phones to register for some super cool activities. They could choose from AI-generated F1-themed photos, snaps with a life-size F1 replica, a race start light simulator, a steering wheel strength test with G-force, or a reflex game with lights and buttons. It was an impressive array of activities that kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the event.
To make all this happen, we brought in two of our split units – a Split 20 and a Split 40 – plus a BNC240. We basically created a mini village where people could chill, charge their phones at Bell-branded stations, and watch the race live on a giant LED screen attached to one of our structures. The setup provided a perfect blend of excitement and relaxation, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the event fully.
One of the standout features was the AI-generated F1-themed photos. Guests loved seeing themselves in a digital world crafted around the thrilling atmosphere of the F1 race. The life-size F1 replica was another major attraction, offering a fantastic photo opportunity that many couldn't resist. The race start light simulator and the G-force strength test brought out the competitive spirit in everyone, while the reflex game tested their agility and reaction times.
Creating this experience involved meticulous planning and logistics, but seeing the joy and excitement on everyone’s faces made it all worth it. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees praising the innovative setup and the seamless integration of fun activities with practical amenities like phone charging stations.
The event was a huge hit! All the planning and logistics paid off big time, and everyone was thrilled with the setup. We’re so pumped to have been part of this awesome project with Bell Canada and can’t wait for more exciting collaborations in the future.
