All aboard for mobile banking as Desjardins expands its customer outreach program with a second bus

In a business environment where more and more banks and financial institutions have fewer and fewer branches, customer outreach has become more important than ever. That’s why Desjardins, following the successful deployment of its converted coach last year, commissioned Loki Box Design to build an even more impressive one for 2018.

Our latest mobile branch was built in collaboration with Aedifica, who provided design services.  Loki Box design took care of all the integration and final presentation. The new mobile branch is also built on a Prevost custom coach platform commissioned for the bank. It was a real pleasure and an honour to work closely with the Prevost team to turn their coach into a full service bank branch.

The new mobile branch, with its innovative pop-up extensions, has significantly more space than its predecessor. In addition to make serving customers easier and more efficient, the design underwent a complete re-think as to how the interior space is deployed.

Now Desjardins is equipped with a fleet of two sleek mobile branches engaging customers who may never otherwise be exposed to the brand. These coaches and other Loki units are proven assets in direct marketing efforts for financial institutions, helping take brands where the customers are as part of today’s mobile marketing strategies.
